Article 1 (Scope)
This Policy applies to refunds of the subscription fees for the Service that the Company provides to Members (businesses), and to refunds of payments (online and in-store) that Members have taken from their end customers through the Service. This Policy provides detailed guidance on Article 9 of the Terms of Service, and in the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
Article 2 (Refunds of Subscription Fees)
- A Member may cancel its subscription to the Service at any time, and in principle the cancellation takes effect on the last day of the current billing cycle.
- For monthly subscriptions, fees already paid are not refunded, and the Member may continue to use the Service for the remainder of the period.
- For annual subscriptions, the remaining amount, after deducting reasonable usage fees and cancellation charges, may be refunded to the extent provided by the Company’s policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
- Usage-based items already used (such as SMS charges) and amounts paid for Third-Party Services are excluded from refunds.
- Nothing in this Article excludes or limits any rights guaranteed to Members under mandatory laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Article 3 (Refunds of Payments Taken from End Customers)
- Whether an amount paid through the Service by a Member’s end customer is refundable, and the time limit and method for any refund, are governed by the refund policy set by the relevant Member (store), and end customers must request refunds from the relevant store.
- The Company processes refunds through the payment service provider on the Member’s instructions, and refunded amounts are returned to the original payment method in accordance with the processing schedules of the payment service provider and the card issuer.
- Responsibility for refund fees incurred on a refund is governed by Article 9(6) to 9(8) of the Terms of Service.
Article 4 (Delivery)
The Service is a cloud-based software service and involves no delivery of physical goods; accordingly, delivery and returns policies do not apply.
Article 5 (Enquiries)
Enquiries about refunds may be submitted to admin@healingnow.ai or +61 439 007 010, and the Company will inform you of the outcome within a reasonable period.
